I stayed in a queen room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, and an iron, the location was great being close to shopping areas, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

It is disheartening to check in and see staff wearing coats and gloves while working because of the renovations. I felt sorry for them but they maintained a smile. Realize there was a snowstorm but the parking lot wasn't plowed. Being from Erie where we deal with a lot of snow it was an unacceptable plowing job.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, and the room had a safe box, multi-channel television, and a microwave; the location is good and perfect for visiting the downtown area and the stadiums.

The bathroom was unacceptable you can hear the people next door to you making noises and talking. The price for the hotel was outrageous they never told us that they were undergoing renovation I think that's very poor customer service.

Great service and a nice hot breakfast are offered at this place, conveniently located across the street from a shopping mall.

The room was cool and didn't warm up quickly after turning up the thermostat. The heating unit was loud and there were no extra blankets to add to the bed if needed. TV picture not good at times due to high winds perhaps that night (?Dish )

I loved being on the top floor & I loved having the fireplace in my room.

The bathtub was filthy so I had to clean it before I could take a shower.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Plus, the easy access to major highways made it convenient to explore the area. The price was also reasonable compared to other options in the Pittsburgh area.
